Meet our Director Tom

Tom Scantlebury has over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience (CX) management.  He has chaired CX expert forums, and appeared as a Keynote Speaker and thought leader in front of Australia’s biggest brands. 

Tom regularly attends and speaks at international CX conferences, and has established a global network of CX expertise.  He has successfully implemented and managed numerous domestic and international CX programs across multiple sectors utilising a range of technologies and methodologies.

Tom is a self-confessed fan of authentic experiences and businesses that are committed to delivering them. He thrives on technology, innovation and people driving passion into what they do.  He founded Sky Blue with the aim of providing expertise and cutting edge CX technology to help businesses get better at what they do, and deliver profitable and purposeful business outcomes.

Tom is a massive surfing and snowboarding nut and loves nothing more than sharing a wave with his children (his aim is to have all three of them on a wave with him… it’s currently a work in progress).  He thrives on creating differentiated, emotionally-engaging experiences within business interactions.
